It is a very fun experience. Kids learn to communicate and build confidence. On first visit , he felt comfortable and eager to go back soon.

Because Ry'lee loves it there and she love her coaches. She's reminding me when it's time to go. I believe this has blessed her with her weight loss. You guys are awesome with all the kids. Thank you for all you do. She made Coach. One happy little girl. 😀

My kid had his first class and the overall vibe was so positive and encouraging. I love what KidStrong is doing for children and I'm excited to see my son grow in the skills he will develop while participating in KidStrong.
