Leo’s coaches (Coach Hayden and Xander) are amazing. Their high energy keeps the kiddos engaged! He cannot wait to come to class each Monday!

It was great meeting Coach Bella and James. They were very helpful with my questions and clarified all my needs. Their support makes me very comfortable continuing my son's classes.

How big is each class ?

My granddaughter absolutely loves Kidstrong! I cannot imagine how it could get better!

I like to see Nina trying different exercises I believe it builds her confidence for everyday life.

I can tell the coaches care about the kids.

Coaches are so involved and give each kid attention. Kids are encouraged to interact and be independent which is so good for my lil guy. It’s constant movement and fun!

Everybody was very kind and understanding with our son who has autism. He enjoyed the class and appreciated the TV close by to see what he needed to do even if he didn’t hear what the coach said to do. The General Manager was very informative about the program. When I booked, the young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about how the program could benefit a child on the autism spectrum. We liked the structure of the program to improve a child’s body, mind, and spirit.
