I spoke to you guys constantly regarding the lack of communication routes. No one answers the phone. Text replies are answered weeks after. If the communication would have been fixed, I would have stayed.

Actually we canceled earlier but billing wasn’t canceled I did call immediately but false response and eventually every month bill get accumulated up to 7 months after all I meet the manager in person directly at the center. The manger was answer like “ we won’t refund “ you might canceled but it wasn’t cancelled you must attend the classes or leave now “.That’s the answer I received from the manager.

Owen loves his class and the attention he is getting from everyone. The staff has been so understanding to his sensory sensitivities, and jumping in to help when they can see he is struggling.

It’s a community building confident kid appropriate habits one class at a time.

We have been coming for many years, Kennedy continues to enjoy and engage in the weekly class and as she has grown older, I am pleased with the progression of the exercises and content for her age and feel it is a great age appropriate workout!

We absolutely LOVE KidStrong. When my son started, physically he was behind as he does have hip weakness for unknown reasons. The improvements he has made have been HUGE! And his confidence, it has really skyrocketed. He used to be afraid of the ropes, now he loves them. This was the best thing for him. We have recommended KidStrong to so many people!!!

We’ve been going to Kidstring in Prosper for almost 1 and my son loves all the challenges and I’ve seen him build his confidence monthly. The instructors are amazing and dedicated to making sure all kids are involved. We love it!

The content of the class was so well thought out and targeted toward appropriate development. Staff is easy to talk to and communicates well and willing to help.

We’ve had a great, experience and have seen material growth in our kids' confidence and abilities both physically and emontionally. The classes are fantastic and stay fresh so the kids continue to learn.
