Kid Strong helped my oldest daughter with her confidence so much that I knew her youngest sister would benefit from it! We just had our first class yesterday and my two year-old was so excited. I can’t wait for next week!

We love a KidStrong and have seen the impact it has on our child. The coaches are phenomenal and truly take the time to know the kids. They are caring, thoughtful, and above all positive role models. We even had our birthday party there, which was truly amazing. We could not be more happy with the coaches and managers that lead at KidStrong.One thing I would recommend is ensuring cleanliness as there are times where we stumble on a sticky spot or a ball of hair :)

It is a place for our child to interact with other kids and adults to learn how to do new things! We needed a safe place for him to get all of his energy out!

Outstanding and inspiring instructors, energy hub for kids, great place to bump up the gross motor skills. The group games help a lot in thinking and team work. Definitely great place to be
