They really engage the kids and it’s a good workout. My son really enjoyed it!

I really like the concept and think it’s a great way to build confidence in kids. My only feedback is that children have very different needs each year, and the groups tend to be quite large. An age range like 8–12 can be challenging, since an 11-year-old may not benefit from the same activities or challenges as an 8-year-old. A bit more customization by age or developmental stage could make it even more effective

The curriculum is easy to follow and just challenging enough for the kiddos while keeping everything fun!
