I spoke to you guys constantly regarding the lack of communication routes. No one answers the phone. Text replies are answered weeks after. If the communication would have been fixed, I would have stayed.

Actually we canceled earlier but billing wasn’t canceled I did call immediately but false response and eventually every month bill get accumulated up to 7 months after all I meet the manager in person directly at the center. The manger was answer like “ we won’t refund “ you might canceled but it wasn’t cancelled you must attend the classes or leave now “.That’s the answer I received from the manager.

Owen loves his class and the attention he is getting from everyone. The staff has been so understanding to his sensory sensitivities, and jumping in to help when they can see he is struggling.
