It’s a fun challenging activity for the kiddos and the staff are always so kind and energetic.

Courtney has been amazing ushering our journey with KidStrong through all the our class changes. I definitely think she needs a rest, I’ve never waited longer than half an hour to hear back, even after hours. The coaches all engage with my daughter so well and truly notice her accomplishments. So wildly thankful for this outlet to share with her.

This is the best thing for my daughter’s confidence and her body. It teaches her not only how to be more coordinated, but also the confidence to believe in herself through their affirmations each class. I am a coach myself at the high school level, and I know this is the best start for my daughter’s athletic future!
