My daughter loves going every week and we have seen her grow so much through the experience

Val is the best. She was able to connect with my daughter and bring out a fun side of her that usually only we get to see!

My kids went one time and they were so fast to make the decision to want to sign up. Sometimes my child gets and discouraged fast and I seen their confidence grow from the start to the finish of the class.

My kid loves it. The coaches are stern and direct but at the same time professional.

We love everything about Kidstrong, we have seen such an improvement in our child's physical, social emotional and mental development. She's excited for class, shes interested in going to her school just so she can go to kidstrong after. She loves her coaches and the friends she has made. Her coaches are all amazing to not only her but the whole family. Can't wait until our 2nd is walking!

I really appreciated how they utilized the time keeping the kids entertained and making communication understandable for my child. He loved the grocery game he played and wanted to go grocery shopping with me after.
