Coaches have been very helpful, interactive, and engaging with my kids. The program is really awesome overall.

We did a free class to try it. My son is super shy and group fitness anything is extremely hard for him. The staff was so welcoming the second we walked in helping him feel comfortable, included, and exited. He really lit up with each accomplishment through the session. I’m very excited to have this outlet for him and can’t wait to see him grow from week to week.
