Loved the “structure “ of the curriculum and the way it alternates physical and mental challenges . Several water breaks seem wisely timed after activities. Positives all day long with attitudes, moods, praise and encouragement.

They focus on bringing out the best qualities of the kids! My daughter started out the class extremely shy and ended with handshakes and high fives for everyone. They focus on confidence so the kids can flourish and build skills!
