The coaches remain kind, considerate, and patient while maintaining age appropriate expectations. My kids are always excited to put their shirts on and go to class!

Great environment and experience. Everyone was very welcoming. I think it’s great engagement for toddlers/kids, and am happy to have started bringing mine.

I think it’s a great program for kids. Specially for kids like mine that is so shy and lacks on confidence.

Kid strong is really fun for my kids. They love coming each week to workout with friends. They also teach valuable life lessons such as preventing bullying and eating right to name a few. The kids are always fully engaged even during transitions on the floor from one exercise to the next. The staff has always been super nice and patient with my kiddos. Even with kids that are high energy they manage to keep them right on track.

They were very patient with my daughter when we did the trial and she was being shy or not wanting to participate. They also waited until she was ready to get out of her shell and were very encouraging when the kids were doing the activities
