I like how they have included the kids in prep and assisting

No the staff was great but given the limited space possibly limiting the classes to 10 maybe 15 most and offering more classes. When there was 20 sometimes more it was just chaos.

Not really but I think it could be beneficial to offer financial assistance/ temporary discounted rates and/or allow the membership to be on hold longer than a month or two if a family says they are experiencing a hardship.
