My child was engaged at all times. The staff is fun. The facility is new.

Smaller class sizes. There were often children making up for missed classes which just added to the, in our opinion, too large of class sizes.

The staff didn't seem to listen or if they listened it wasn't sent to management. I haven't voiced my opinions several times and still did not get any results. I even spoke with the owner of these chain and did not see an improvement in the coaches awards
