Coaches that are very encouraging and friendly- They are great at hyping the kids up. Fun activities.

Good experience and exercise for child

I can see how it would be excellent for a typical child. So from that angle I think it’s top notch.I think for a neurotypical child I think it might be a lot? So maybe smaller classes for neurotypical is my only thought. But I love it Addy tried hard and I could tell she was definitely overwhelmed

Love the atmosphere, how kind the coaches are & that it wraps life skills into each class

KidStrong has been a great introduction to structured activities for my 3 year old; only issue I’ve ever had was with booking in my app, but that is only an issue if you miss your regularly scheduled class. Overall this has been an amazing experience and my son loves his classes.

Great group of coaches but we do miss coach Aspen 🙂
