I was impressed with the content being covered in the session. I was pleased to observe all the character building included.

I’ve only attended one class, but it was really great engagement for the kiddos. The curriculum was broken out well from a timing perspective to keep their attention.

No. I've been told over and over the location doesn't have any control over programming, that it comes from Corporate, so they couldn't do anything with my feedback.

The customer service from staff (Jeremy at six forks) would have saved a cancelation but he refused to refund the registration fees at a time when we needed it and keeping our $100 is wrong, when we never attended a class and had a scheduling conflict. Based on that service I cannot recommend Kidstrong to many friends that would have been potential customers as well. I was treated poorly by him and it ruined our experience of coming back at a later date. I have yet to be refunded the $100.

Yes absolutely! Someone. Pulsar taken the time out to actually check in before the membership ended to see if our family was happy there. When I asked prior to our membership ending how to cancel early staff could’ve took the time to talk. Instead she told me exactly what to do to cancel. Ultimately we completed our membership contract but I had no desire to renew. When someone asks about our experience there I’m very transparent but always suggest to try it for themselves
