I see my son gaining new skills and get more confident

We absolutely loved the first class and cannot wait to see Violetta develop in her strength and endurance.

The mantra goes a long way in boosting my son's confidence. It's one thing for mom to say it, but it's a other thing for it to be learned in "ninja class."

It's perfect for my son who is high energy and very athletic. They let him move up to a higher age class to match his skill level so he isn't bored!

I really like Coach Aspen. She’s the best one. It’s all dependent on the coach and their stage presence and whether they have a loud voice or not. Some classes are top notch and other classes are a little bit lagging, depending on the coach. When there is about eight kids in the class, it’s excellent because there is less waiting in line, etc. The programming is wonderful. We really like kids Strong.

All the coaches are so nice and personable! Jeremy who signed us up is amazing!! I always wonder if he ever has a bad day because he always has such great energy! All the coaches seem to enjoy coming to work and love how they interact with the kids ñ

Tried a trial class at kid Strong and signed up immediately. Just what my someway shy and anxious 6-year-old needs! The coaches were great and engaging, the class was well-paced, and as a parent you are right there to witness it all! Highly recommend, especially if you want your child's athletic ability to improve, as well as their confidence in everyday life. My son was beaming by the end of class, and can't wait for the next one... And he was afraid to go initially!!!

All the Coaches were welcoming during our trial class, the program was well organized and they were great at encouraging the kids!

Class was very upbeat and enthusiastic. Class schedule will not work for us but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who asks.

KidStrong Raleigh is AWESOME! The coaches are AMAZING, the class structure is incredible and the quality of equipment is excellent. The facilities are clean, safe and easy to access. The curriculum teaches so many great skills. My kids have even become more physically confident on the playground! But most of all the coaches are just the best! Always super positive, super encouraging and welcoming of every child and parent!
