Both of my kids love going to Kids Strong! The classes are always fun, engaging, and give them such a great workout. The coaches do a fantastic job keeping the kids active and excited to come back each week. One of our favorite perks is the monthly Parent Night Out—three full hours where the kids get to play, burn energy, and have an absolute blast while we enjoy a little time to ourselves. Highly recommend for both kids’ fitness and family fun!

I liked the empowerment and personal motivation they gave the children, in addition to training and having fun.

I just recommended Kidstrong to a Mom’s group online because Cooper had such a great experience. It is high energy, easy to understand step-by-step instructions, and the coaches seem very supportive when they’re facilitating the routine. The coaches seem to incorporate some of those social cues that some kids are missing, like my child. Telling them to be confident in their voices and actions, respectful in their introductions and telling them the importance of making eye contact. They use technology well with an instructional visual aid that the kids really like. There is music, structured noise and celebrations. Cooper was sad to leave and wanted to go back the next day.

I can really see the potential! The mentors/coaches seem to really enjoy what they are doing and are patient. I look forward to bringing my child back to try again.

We absolutely loved the first class and cannot wait to see Violetta develop in her strength and endurance.

The mantra goes a long way in boosting my son's confidence. It's one thing for mom to say it, but it's a other thing for it to be learned in "ninja class."

It's perfect for my son who is high energy and very athletic. They let him move up to a higher age class to match his skill level so he isn't bored!

I really like Coach Aspen. She’s the best one. It’s all dependent on the coach and their stage presence and whether they have a loud voice or not. Some classes are top notch and other classes are a little bit lagging, depending on the coach. When there is about eight kids in the class, it’s excellent because there is less waiting in line, etc. The programming is wonderful. We really like kids Strong.
