Because the activities are so diverse, it’s not only about body development, it’s about a human being as everything.

I have observed my child building confidence while working as a team. My child loves the fun activities offering opportunities for him to remain active. Also, certain coaches approach has help nurture my child resilience ability. Thanks to the coaches at the Raleigh location.

I just want to take a moment to say how amazing Kids Strong truly is. The reason these kids are so strong and thriving is because they have incredible coaches and such a well-structured class environment. For my son, who has Autism, this program has been especially meaningful. It’s not just about physical activity it’s about growth in so many areas. I’ve seen improvements in his social skills, his muscular strength, his confidence, and overall development. The structure, encouragement, and positive energy from the coaches make a huge difference. We are truly grateful for the support and dedication they pour into these kids. It shows.

Great program to get kids active with some educational material and great way to practice listening skills.

I had a wonderful experience, this was my toddlers first group setting activity and he had a blast. The coaches are so patient and friendly and really seem to love what they do, I felt welcome and the activities felt easy enough for my 3 year old to understand but hard enough to feel like he was really strengthening skills in progress and teach new skills. We signed up after the first session because it was so amazing.

The facility is amazing! Having a younger child, their attention span isn’t the longest, and the coaches handled that so well, never frustrated or mean. They really worked with the kids, showing them how to do task. Overall great experience!
