I gave 9/10 stars because my daughter really enjoys the class and has had a positive experience overall. The coaches are engaging, and the program is great for building confidence and skills. The main challenges were that some children outside of the intended age group seemed to affect the pace, which made it harder for my daughter to stay challenged and engaged. Also, parents sitting and chatting in the front row can be quite loud and distracting, making it difficult for kids to hear the coach and stay focused during class. With a bit more structure around these things, the experience would be even better.

My son is 8 years old and struggles with self-confidence and losing and disappointing other people And himself .He's never been able to find a sport or extracurricular activity that he's able to stick with, it always ends up in a fight and crying. And not being able to get him to go. This is the first thing that we found for him where he has been continuing to enjoy it and he pushes himself and the last two classes he went to. Actually I was so proud because he was actually cheering on other kids and congratulating them when they won and he didn't. And even gave them high fives when they got their awards at the end of class. He's definitely made some improvements with his attitude towards playing games with other kids and not winning everything he does, but even at home he's been pushing himself with other things and trying harder. It's only been a short time at kids drunk for us but I can't. Thank the coach is enough for all the hard work that they do, I'm not even quite sure how they do what they do.Our family appreciates the staff at the Red Deer location immensely

Staff and facility make the experience excellent for my kids, despite the difficult and confusing app experience. Problems have always been resolved by in person staff though.

As a child and youth services worker I break down all the benefits for Aimi in class. When she's present mentally she does sooo well. She's learned so many new skills and new ways to move her body and I see her go head first into every challenge full of confidence. No fear that kid.
