The facility is equipped with high quality kid-friendly equipment, the coaches were very engaging and my child was able to get alot of energy out and was more calm the rest of the day.

Everyone is to adhere to the same rules (which helps maintain facility cleanliness). The classes let them be kids but also develop in numerous areas. It’s my child’s favourite registered class.

Perfect for adding another extracurricular activity. Staff is amazing and the facility is spotless. Love it.

It was my first time taking my toddler to a “class” and the smile he had on his face was awesome, he immediately fell in love and felt comfortable with the coaches. They made us feel very welcomed and made sure all the kids were included and having fun.

We found the program very well organized and engaging. Our sons loved their trial classes. We appreciated the focus on social skills and respect along with the engaging physical activity. The coaches brought fun and energy while appropriately redirecting children in a respectful manner.

The programs are fantastic, we have three young boys with endless energy. Kid strong gives them a “yes” space to harness that energy into skills they’ll use in the future.

The coaches are incredible. The environment is welcoming and caters to children of all ages. My kids feel seen, heard, and included. I would recommend KidStrong to all parents.

Coach Tessa- I believe is her name - is so great with the kids such an uplifting exciting energy keeping the kids pumped up and engaged! It really pushes some kids confidence levels and trying new things.
