I like how the program is set out so the kids have to think about it what they’re doing to get to the end of the challenge. It’s hard with 3-4 year olds because they’re so squirrelly but the coaches do a good job to keep them engaged. They encourage a child’s independence and ability to problem solve. It’s also good for little kids to be around more little kids

It’s fun for the kids, while also being educational. The programming does a great job of balancing the whole body.

I have rated Kid strong Red Deer very highly because it's a great environment for my two young boys to learn public speaking, to be active, meet new friends, and have fun during their week. They love classes and look forward to it every week!!

Great staff very positive and uplifting and my kid truly enjoys himself while working out and building confidence. Great place all around.

It’s structured well, safe, clean and fun

The coaches we have are SOO energetic and amazing! He always has so much fun and I like that every class is a bit different but definitely anchored towards his age! I like the mind games incorporated too that helps challenge him and I feel like it is really gonna help his independence

It takes a village to raise a kid... especially kids that are on the spectrum! It's an amazing thing to have a place for them to go that's safe, encouraging, good character building and that they LOVE to go to!!

My twins love it. Takes them a bit to ease in but once they are comfortable, they are good! The coaches are fun and great with them!!!
