Very clean center. Excellent coaches. Kid oriented

It’s fun for the kids, while also being educational. The programming does a great job of balancing the whole body.

I have rated Kid strong Red Deer very highly because it's a great environment for my two young boys to learn public speaking, to be active, meet new friends, and have fun during their week. They love classes and look forward to it every week!!

Great staff very positive and uplifting and my kid truly enjoys himself while working out and building confidence. Great place all around.

It’s structured well, safe, clean and fun

The coaches we have are SOO energetic and amazing! He always has so much fun and I like that every class is a bit different but definitely anchored towards his age! I like the mind games incorporated too that helps challenge him and I feel like it is really gonna help his independence

This is a great place for kids to gain the confidence within themselves and strength for young agesI think it’s sad your kids couldn’t go to gym with you until age 12This place is incredible and I’m grateful for itCan’t wait to watch them all grow !!

It takes a village to raise a kid... especially kids that are on the spectrum! It's an amazing thing to have a place for them to go that's safe, encouraging, good character building and that they LOVE to go to!!

My twins love it. Takes them a bit to ease in but once they are comfortable, they are good! The coaches are fun and great with them!!!

First time trying it out so far I’m loving it for my kid and so is he. Best way to keep kids active and entertained
