My son loves Kidstrong. The encouragement from coaches, the different skills and obstacles, building friendships, all while working hard and moving his body. What’s not to love?

My daughter is the one who needs to approve most and she LOVED it. I've seen a difference in her at home from just one session. I've been wracking my brain with her recently as it appears were in a sleep regression that has been going on for too long and she slept the whole night no issues last night.

The people I am interacted with there are all so enthusiastic and seem like they truly care about what they do and the kids themselves. Even the families.I still would like to continue going to see how much better it can be, but my son and I have only gone a few times so I'm sure we still have a lot to see

Everyone was so nice to work with! Colton was a little overwhelmed at his first class but everyone from the staff up front to the coaches were so helpful!! He loved it once he got going.

I really like the program overall, and the coaches do a great job interacting with the kids—they’re encouraging and engaging. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It can be discouraging for my daughter to see other kids not fully participate but still rank up after (she gives 110% every class). Also, the class sizes are getting quite large, which leads to a lot of waiting for turns—this takes away from the effectiveness of the class.Overall, it’s a strong program with great coaches, but smaller class sizes and more consistent participation expectations would make a big difference.

A great program that brings our family so much joy! I love how it’s organized and has so much variety. My son needs to get out energy & loves competition. As a mom, I love all the little life practice/lessons that inspire classes (the handshaking, affirmations, teamwork, etc). I have even debating applying it seems so fun. Thanks for coming to red deer!

The young coaches, esp. the young men are very respectful and are a good role model to these kids

The combination of physical, educational, social and problem solving activities. We also appreciate the parental involvement!River is so happy to attend and when we asked him why- he says he learns a lot!
