Coaches are really friendly and well equipped with handling kids of all ages. Great feedback and help during and after classes. Amazing staff, great customer service and support. Definitely happy we signed up early, Tyler has been coming since September and is excited for each class each week. Great job Kidstrong.

My son started when it opened in red deer, he loves going! The kids get a great workout and the coaches keep it fun! I would recommend KidStrong to anyone!

I have had many positive experiences with the coaches and staff. They ensure that every child regardless of their abilities and physical strength, are supported and encouraged in every class.They provide quality activities and are always enthusiastic in every class and activities.

Great program

It was fantastic for my daughter Elsie, she enjoyed the engagement from the coaches and trying new things. The manager I think her name was Salone she showed us around and she wants fantastic and so informative. The place was very clean and everyone seemed happy.My downside is the price point I feel is a bit high, I compared it to other gymnastics/athletic classes that age for my daughter in our area and this ranks the highest for only 45 a min.

My 9yr old daughter needs this, with ADHD she struggles with negative self-talk and self-motivation. We would love for my daughter to be a member, we are doing everything we can to fundraise. Hope to see you all in 2026!
