It was my son’s first class and he just lit up. Getting involved right away, felt comfortable from the very beginning. Friendly staff made it so easy to want to sign up after the trial class. We also appreciate being able to come in and get a feel for it before committing

Great program, great coaches and great communication! This place doesn't focus on physical strength, but instead, an overall wellness through coaching and patience. My kid was hell incarnate in there our first class but was reassured to not be discouraged because this is a place to learn discipline and self control through love and fun. Simply, wonderful!
