The way the class was built and how the coaches interacted with the kids really cracked my pretty shy daughter out of her shell. She didn’t want to participate at all initial and by the end of the class she was jumping up on the podium without holding my hand, which for her is big!

My son loved his first class we will continue going

We’ve been coming since it opened and we just love it. All the coaches know my kid’s name and are really encouraging of him always.

Great class structure and developmentally appropriate. The staff is also amazing and is patient.

Mateo was becoming very shy, after starting classes at Kidstrong his improved a lot he interacts with others more!

Coach Cam and Coach Yvonne especially (though every coach has been wonderful) are attentive and engaging. I love that they take the time to gently correct my son so he can the most out of the exercises. KidStrong is the highlight of my son’s week!

Our kid loves KidStrong, the coaches are great, and we also have a ton of fun.
