My daughter gets excited for this class every week and gets a great workout, so do I sometimes lol. She has more confidence now and loves the compete so it’s perfect for her! Highly recommend!

The only thing I have a question about is the size of his class. Seems like 16 is a lot. Is there a limit?He always wants to come early; enjoys his time there, and has bonded with his classmates.

It’s a positive environment and very clean

I do love KidStrong. I love the challenges, skill building, and developmental appropriateness of the classes for my toddler. However, I do want to mention I attended a Saturday class as a make up and it was a different experience entirely. Not only was the class chaotic and unorganized, but there were also at least 3 children there participating who were not age appropriate. One child was about 8 years old running around and participating with the small babies and toddlers! And 2 more that seemed to be about 4 years old. As coaches I'm sure you could see how this creates chaos. If the Saturday class had been my first time attending, I would not have signed up at all.

The curriculum is fantastic! The environment is amazing! Each of the activities are so fun and everyone is always having fun!

Our son loves it. We’ve been a member since opening month last December and it’s the only “sport” or activity that he gets excited about. It’s a way for him to move his body, learn patience and social skills, and understand teamwork. The coaches are also so great!!

Staff are always energetic and happy for the kids to be there. It’s a great experience!

The coaches at KidStrong Reno are amazing! They’re energetic, encouraging, and truly care about helping every kid grow in confidence and strength. My child looks forward to every class and has made so much progress. It’s such a positive, empowering environment.
