Very welcoming and friendly! Kids love the activities!

Coaches are very encouraging and bring great energy. The courses are challenging but not too much just enough for the kids. Overall great experience for the kids to have.

KidStrong is a great opportunity for children to use their energy in a positive environment geared toward movement and structure! My child looks forward to his class every week!
