Honestly because it seems like they truly care about the kids and they try to help guide them and it's very important in kids so young to have that guidance and build their strengths mentally and physically at the same time

KidStrong is so easy to work with to set up a trial and class schedule the coaches were amazing to work with kids and build their confidence in very fun active ways!

Such an energetic, friendly, and easygoing environment! My son didn’t want to attend at first when I signed him up for a trial class, but after just one session, he came out saying, “This class is so much fun!” That says everything.

My son is more of an introvert and not very much into sports. The environment was so welcoming, he felt at ease right away, it helped him build his confidence and improve his motor skills.

As a functional training and rehab coach, I really value a well-structured program. As a mom, I want my child to enjoy it while actually making progress. You do both incredibly well — great programming and excellent organization.

We had a wonderful experience at my grandson‘s trial class. To say he enjoyed it would be an understatement. The group challenges, the various fitness activities, with just the right amount of competition, and the coaches’ energetic interaction made it a wonderful experience. At the end of the class, he even got an award for his first time at Kidstrong.
