The coaches are so encouraging to the kids and they make working out fun! We referred one of our friends to join and they are loving it too!

I thought this was just exercise for the kids, but its a well structured program that touches on a lot of core competency development including pu lic speaking ritical thinking etc. My daughter loves it and all the people there are awesome.Coach CJ is a strong coach that gets the kids motivated and energized, but still knows how to tone it down for first timers or more introverted kids.

I love this idea and program for kids! It builds a great community, confidence, and is fast paced. The coaches were so great. They were positive, fun, creative, and you can tell they actually enjoy working with the kids and it’s more than just a job to them. Thank you guys!

Love that you also practice other skills like social greetings and speaking. My son loves the levels and awards.

Great center. My two boys have classes at Rocklin facility. Amazing experience, kids enjoy every minute of it. Great communication if needed assistance with any schedules. All team is so helpful.

We’ve only had 2 classes so far but my son has loved the coaches and the activities! It’s a great class and great for kids to get their energy out but also learning life long skills too.
