The coaches are awesome and my child loves going to each class.

We have only had one class but so far it has been a great experience. The coaches were welcoming and inclusive of all kids in the class. My daughter loved it.

The coaches strike a great balance between pacing and patience. I also hear them frequently engage the individual kids to encourage them and build them up. We have a great team at our Rocklin location.

My son’s confidence has grown so much and he’s a happy kid now that he has KidStrong weekly. He also has a great connection to his couches.

The staff are amazing specially Coach Eric and Coach April. Soutera enjoys her time during her classes. Easy to communicate.

We had such a great experience for Lincoln’s first class. He absolutely loved it. Staff was so patient with Lincoln and made him feel welcome.

It’s been wonderful seeing my son’s self confidence and self regulation grow. He’s challenged by the activities and gets regular opportunities to overcome and build GRIT. I wish we started sooner.

When signing our introverted-by nature grandson up, the goal was simply to get him around other children his age since he’s home with us and not in any type of school yet. We wanted to help build his confidence and social skills.Honestly, after the first couple of classes, I didn’t think we would make it past the initial month we paid for. But another mom and one of the instructors mentioned that it usually takes about 6–8 classes before you really start seeing the results, and I can tell you that was absolutely true. honestly, even before then.Our 3-year-old grandson started ordering his own food at restaurants, became more confident playing with other kids at the playground, and has really started coming out of his shell. Seeing those little milestones has meant everything to us.Coach Sasha and Coach Sarah are both amazing with the kids. Their patience, encouragement, and ability to make every child feel comfortable and included is something special.KidStrong has been such a positive experience for our family, and we are so thankful we stuck with it.
