The coaches at KidStrong Rocklin are so intentional and encouraging, it truly has been an amazing experience! My son has gained not only strength, but confidence as well!

Established coaches are great. Would prefer the music to be a bit softer on each side so there is less yelling over the top. Coach Miguel is so friendly and respectful. The App is okay, have issues scheduling into a class within 24 hours and hopefully that gets fixed.
