Kidstrong does a wonderful job being positive and encouraging our kids to have confidence and work hard. Wish they had more 8-11 age group class options that aren’t so late in the evening.

Coach B is excellent in helping kids succeed

We have had coach Nico for so long now, and our whole family appreciates his commitment to his job and also the care attention he gives to our girls individually. Mari is also a good listener when Anya is wanting to connect w a grown up. We were able to work out a plan (w Anya involved) where she could signal to them if she needed to take a time out to get her emotions under control. Just knowing she had the option helped her to reign things in and she hasn’t had to use that option a lot like we thought she might .
