The coaches and Kidstrong team take time with kids and parents with great support verbally and physically.

KidStrong has been an excellent program for my son. I can clearly see improvement in his personality, following instructions, social skills, and teamwork. He has become more confident and engaged, and I really appreciate the support from the coaches.One thing I’d like to understand better is the reward system. I notice many kids seem to receive rewards more often than my son, and I’m not always sure how it works. I’m not asking for rewards he doesn’t deserve, but I’d like to better understand the criteria so I can support him at home.

KidStrong Rocklin has been amazing for Amish! The coaches are so encouraging, the program is fun and structured, and it’s helped him build confidence, strength, and independence.

The program has increased my sons confidence and strength.He looks forward to his classes and when something is challenging he says “I can do this” I have seen him grow into this confident little boy and I love it!

My daughter approves it. :) She is so happy. And that’s what parents want. Just attending the first day of class, she seems starting to build confidence.

We’ve seen a difference in Elijah in terms of his confidence as well as his excitement in going every week. We love seeing him learn and try things out of his comfort zone. The coaches have been amazing and I love that he’s adapted to the different coaches.
