Yes, they could have had better customer service, someone to answer the phone, or an ability to talk to a coach in person before or after class, to help with whatever issues may come about. Also, they don’t respond to emails for weeks, sometimes longer. They never answer the phone, or return voice messages. And there’s never anyone at the front desk to talk to. So really terrible customer service. But every coach working with the kids that we met, were all awesome!! :)

We were on the fence for a while in hopes cash would get back into it. I love the foundation and concept behind the classes but it seemed the roll out of things behind the scenes had a disconnect when things started to get busier.I feel like an add on with more equipment is needed and for this age smaller groups.

Would have loved to returned to kid strong after traveling/moving as our child enjoyed her time at Kidstrong, but the poor interaction regarding the cancellation leaves us unwilling to work with a company with these types of interactions.

No, Kidstrong is wonderful, my daughter just needed more time to adjust to a class routine environment like preschool and I believe she would do better next time we enroll her. We pulled her out because we could not afford to continue more than 3 months.

We love KidStrong! Everything about it. The coaches are high energy, great with the kids and do an amazing job overall. The facility is always clean and organized. The classes are always organized and well thought out. It is our favorite part of the week.
