Love the curriculum and the way it is standardized each week, rooted in research and so clearly geared towards optimizing kids self esteem and behavior, especially those who may struggle in other types of extracurricular activities

I think the coaches are well trained, and the class was well organized. My granddaughter had a great time and definitely wants to go back.

I like KidStrong for my son because it provides him with opportunities to be active, engage in a supportive group environment, and practice affirmations. These experiences are important to me as they help foster his speech development and improve his ability to follow directions.

It’s a great introduction to an organized play time.My two older kids went through the kids strong program in Pleasantville they liked it, but it was too far for us to commute and eventually they got older. Now I have a two year-old who really loved it, but I was not a fan of the TV interaction. I would prefer a gym with no TV screensAnd I feel that my two-year-old is too young to follow directions and to stop and watch TV while they’re having fun it’s better suit for four-year-oldsIt’s great for some, but not for my child at this time.
