Because it’s structured, confidence-building, and kid-led amazing coaches, small groups, clear skill progression, and they focus just as much on behavior, focus, and confidence as physical strength.

My daughter is the only student with Down syndrome in the class the coaches treat her equally but also I see the care they give her so she doesn’t get hurt as she often needs help due to her low muscle tone.

We went for a trial at KidStrong and it was exceptional. My husband even pointed out how the exercises (both physical and mental) seemed science backed. Loved the brain teasers in between activities and how the coaches were engaged the entire time.

My son is having fun and it’s organized. He was having a little trouble warming up and one of the female coaches came over to him and assisted with getting him comfortable so he would be able to enjoy the class.

I rate KidStrong Rye Brook so highly because they help children build discipline and confidence by following the coach’s guidance, while still being flexible and supportive of each child’s needs.

The positivity and encouragement to have fun and be confident is great. I also like that my son is pushed to succeed and gets energy out
