I think it’s a great experience to help kids grow and learn physically and mentally. One thing that does bother me (and other parents during class have mentioned feeling the same way) is that the classes can feel overcrowded. I do wish they were a bit smaller that way the coaches have more time to help kids through an exercise when they’re not sure what they’re doing or if they’re not doing it properly. It would be more beneficial so they can learn how to do a skill / exercise versus guessing how to complete something or doing it incorrectly.

They are amazing with my kids and they actually get upset when they have to leave.

I’ve had such an amazing experience with KidStrong Rye Brook (NY)The growth I’ve seen in my daughter is incredible—she’s gone from being shy to much more outgoing and confident. Her social and physical skills have improved so much! The coaches are amazing—so patient, encouraging, and truly care about the kids. The classes are fun, engaging, and really make a difference. I highly recommend it to any parent!

My son enjoys the program, and looks forward to going every week. A little more structure would be better, but overall, its a fun and engaging program.

I do think this program is very beneficial for the kids. My only concern is they the awards are given out *seemingly* with no rhyme or reason, and even if they are just given at random, rotation would be appreciated. My kid only got 1 award for the 1st class while she’s been doing a great job overall, some days more so, and she is definitely feeling more and more discouraged seeing other kids being rewarded twice or even three times in her time, while she is always left out. I’m afraid she’d just one day be completely demoralized by this.
