We love KidStrong Rye Brook! Our son enjoys going to the classes every week!

I like that KidStrong offers such a well-rounded and engaging program for kids. My son looks forward to every session and has so much fun while learning and growing. The staff is friendly, supportive, and encouraging, which makes a big difference in creating a positive environment.

My daughter loves it so much she wants to go every day. It says a lot when a child only talks about kidstrong. She loves trying win an award at the end of the class. But always super happy for her classmates when they win. The staff make the time super fun for not only the kids but the parents.

Amazing coaches that my son loves

The coaches are vibrant. While they introduce new 🆕 ideas to challenge the toddlers they also have a caring way of meeting the children where they are at.

Everything is good

Love the curriculum and the way it is standardized each week, rooted in research and so clearly geared towards optimizing kids self esteem and behavior, especially those who may struggle in other types of extracurricular activities

My son loves coming to class, he feels motivated, and gets a great workout.
