Overall it's a fun class and my son really enjoys it!

My little one absolutely loves KidStrong! Every class is full of energy, encouragement, and fun. The coaches are amazing—they really care about the kids and make each activity exciting and confidence-building. I’ve seen so much growth in my child’s strength, focus, and independence. We both look forward to every session!

The staff members were great at making my daughter feel welcomed. They took their time with her and I appreciate their care and patience. My daughter truly enjoyed her time with them!
