The staff are amazing with my 3 year old son. We came in and he was afraid of everything! Now he stands up in front of the whole group and does the beginning routine without hesitation! He has come so far in his confidence and bravery that he doesn't even look like the same kid!

We recommend KidStrong, it has been a great experience for Kaia. Being able to explore her physical capabilities, interact with adults and other children have been important. Kaia’s confidence hasn’t been an issue, her mother and I have made sure to cultivate her confidence and KidStrong has added to it in a good way. We have not had any issues with the staff and have been very helpful.

We had been with KidStrong for almost 2 years. My son loves the program and we’ve seen a lot of progress and confidence in his movements and physical development. During those 2 years, we had known many different coaches, most of them are exceptional, but all of them are capable. What I mean with “exceptional” is that they are totally focused on each student, checking that they’re performing activities in a correct way, and attentive to the stuff around to be properly positioned so kids can perform in a properly manner. Something that impressed me, is that coaches are moved from one location to another, sometimes this makes us feel sad to not seeing our favorite coaches anymore, but then I realized most of them being promoted, which means they continue in the program and we can see them again from time to time. We definitely love KidStrong!
