This facility offers kids great opportunities to grow in multiple areas. The coaches are genuinely excited and constantly motivating and encouraging the kids.

Staff is super friendly and promotes an atmosphere that is kid focused. Classes are age appropriate and different each time while still promoting repetition and building on previously learned skills. Curriculum is devolved in a way that aligns with a child’s attention span and allows “explore time” to get out wiggles. Coaches are very engaging and are very mindful of how they interact with each child - both on and off the mats. I also really appreciate the parent awards and asking the parents to engage. That is something we do not see in other extra curricular activities we are involved with. My only constructive feedback would be that it is hard to hear the coaches when there is another classes being taught. It would also be helpful to see how many students have registered for a particular class or how many spots remain. Also a max capacity per class (not sure if you have one). We love KidStrong and so glad we found y’all!

This is a whole brain cross fit for kids. The classes start and end with affirmations, the physical parts are well thought out with fitness goals, and they have brain breaks with fun mental activities. I recommend this to all parents.

- The classes are well built, and they are packed with good stuff with variety of aspects.- Their competitions in the program don’t create any “losers” or” shaming moments “ so all kids have fun and nurture healthy competitive mind.- The coaches were well trained and they are really good with kids.- only if the gym are a little bit larger, it would not be so packed for older kids.
