KidStrong is so much fun for the kiddos (and parents) and keeps my sons body and mind active and engaged . I love the social skills and positive affirmations incorporated.

Haven’t heard much about app. Everything else has been amazing my kids love it!

Whole brain coaching! Unreal how amazing it is!

There are some great coaches and good classes.However I feel the attire of some of the female coaches is inappropriate. Shorts that do not pass the crease of the buttox and thigh and cannot be seen under a tshirt are entirely too short. They’re demonstrating movements in front of some pre adolescent children and parents and is not very professional.

Coaches are super nice and friendly !

This place is incredible. The strength and confidence they instill in children is amazing! So many life skills. I’ve never met a coach that wasn’t absolutely incredible!
