The coaches are phenomenal. Coach Nate & coach Cora seem genuinely happy to see my 2 year old make achievements in class.

It’s really hard to get my 3 year old to focus in on something. The class is 45 minutes and he stayed focused and engaged for 30 of those minutes. And that’s a huge win for him! Everyone was so helpful and understanding of our situation! So excited for him to start classes!

I think email/text reminders that your membership was coming to an end would be helpful as I just happened to look on app and noticed it was our last day. I received no reminders. Also, not sure we would have canceled if my current rate had not changed so drastically.

More transparency between staff. One said we wouldn’t be charged then whoever texted us said we have 2 months of payments.
