Loved the atmosphere the coaches and John up front. Made us feel welcome and made it so easy for us to want to join. This was the first activity we signed Carter up for and it was just such a great experience and Carter loves it! He hasn’t stopped talking about it since we left! Looking forward to our next class!

It's a great place for kids to work out. Learn new things. And gain social skills.

Kids Strong Sayville is a great place for kids to learn confidence to get active and play and just be kids. I love it.

The coaches are so passionate and high in energy giving kids the confidence boosts and motivation they need. Off the walk in I was immediately comfortable.

We absolutely love coming to Kid Strong I see such an improvement in Bryce’s confidence. The coach’s are top notch and so diligent and encouraging to every kid. Especially coach Luke and coach Lee Bryce raves about them!

My kids look forward to Coach Derek every week!
