We love Kid Strong Sayville. It has been such a great experience for my son. He has learned so much and loves going every week. Even though the program is expensive, it’s worth it! The only thing I don’t love is that every time they level up you have to pay an additional $20+ for a t-shirt; after you’re already paying a lot monthly and they only level up every 2.5 months if they go once weekly. Otherwise, we love the program!!

KidStrong has been such a positive experience for my son. It’s one of the few activities he actually looks forward to going to every week. The coaches are patient, encouraging, and really know how to work with young children at their level. What I appreciate most is that it’s not just physical activity. He’s building confidence, learning to follow directions, take turns, and try things that used to make him nervous. I’ve seen real growth in his listening skills, coordination, and independence since starting. He leaves class proud of himself, and that’s honestly the best part.

All the kids love it. It's not chaos. You can see them all progress. The affirmations are beneficial as are most of the programming elements. What's missing is coaching consistency. The leads always bring energy. The secondaries usually don't and often seem aloof in the way of instructing kids in proper form. Obviously it won't be productive to really get on them about it but repeatedly letting kids do the wrong things is worse. Also it's clear to me that the class size needs to really be capped at like 12. Otherwise the entire class dynamic starts to shift into entropy and coaches seem to get a little overwhelmed, especially if any of the kids happen to be a bit further on the spectrum.
