The coaches help the kids stay engaged all throughout class. All the activities are appropriate for the age range. The activities look so fun, I want to join class myself! The Kidstrong mantra is great to boost energy and morale for the kids.

Kidstrong Schaumburg is owned and run by such a kind and caring staff. The gym is clean. The coaches are so patient, kind and fun! My boys love their kidstrong classes and are so excited to work towards their goals to level up!

KidStrong is by far so much better than I could have imagined!They have helped my daughter overcome so much and help build her confidence.They also make every child feel included and encourage family members to cheer for their kids as well as others!HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY CHILD WHO WANTS TO HAVE FUN!

Because it promotes all round development. I especially appreciate how the coaches are friendly, supportive, and encouraging, and at the same time know how to be firm when the kids need to be gently disciplined.
