Positive atmosphere. High energy coaches. Facility is always clean

My grandson appreciates and enjoys KidStrong so much. He looks forward to coming every week. He has grown so much in his ability to speak up, his confidence, listening skills, strength and coordination. The coaches are amazing and are so involved in really making each kid feel appreciated and celebrating them.

I truly love that all the coaches know the kids by name and always call them by their first name. I also like the discipline and how they call them out when they’re not listening. I also like that they truly show them how to do the form of an exercise correctly instead of letting it go just because they’re a little. Perfect formation is the way to go. I think Coach Ruben is excellent. I wish that the other coaches took the effort he puts in. I truly love everybody there, but you can tell that coach Ruben truly cares about what he does. His energy and loudness is appreciated. There’s some coaches that are just too quiet and don’t seem interested.
