My little spectrum kiddo is extremely high energy and KidStrong is the perfect class for that, even better than gymnastics. The coaches demonstrate and teach social skills that my kiddo needs. There are multiple different types of delivery methods for each instruction, which helps kiddos of all learning types. Plus they pack it full of individualized, positive feedback for each kid. It's fast paced, non-competetive, and it is already helping the sleep routine at home. I have zero complaints.

We started kidstrong as a way for our boys to burn some energy and gain some confidence and ended up seeing so much progress over the last several months. We enjoyed their coaches so much, specifically Coach Jin & Coach Tate, who always made sure to make the boys feel special and connect with them on a personal level each class. The boys gained an incredible amount of confidence in themselves, and had so much fun. We definitely noticed them challenging themselves more and trying the new skills they were learning in class! The great coaches and the whole-brain programming absolutely made the 50 min drive from our small town worth it. Thank you, Kidstrong for all the fun! See you again next time!

I would like to appreciate all the coaches for doing great in their job. I have favourites however they’re all awesome. Kudos to coach Janel she’s the best so far. Just a little advice I know new coaches are most likely new I hope they will be more energetic so the kids will be more participative in the class. But overall kidstrong Sherwood park is a great place for kids especially who needs more exposures and development. Thanks yo everyone for your hardwork.

My boys had an excellent time in the classes! The coaches were amazing with the kids and my one son participated and listened so well which has been a challenge in other sports so it was so refreshing to see! They are both so excited to try it again and I can’t recommend it enough!

I love the whole experience other than the fact that people bring their obviously sick kids every single time I’ve come and my daughter always end up sick. I would love to come more but I’m always so hesitant for this reason.

The facilitators are great, the app is easy to use.One thing I have to say is the recent floor change. It’s horrible. The older kids don’t have any room on the smaller floor to do what they need to, to their capacities. The older kids need the larger floor. I’ve spoke. With a few adults and they agree, it’s too congested

I think overall its been a very positive experience for our kids. They really enjoy the programming and we have noticed big changes in their behavior at home.

The caliber of the programming keeps my kid entertained for all 45 minutes. Not like traditional sports where there is a lot of waiting in lines, KidStrong is constantly pulling attention and focus for Owen. Add the incredible coaches, shout out to Coach Nick, and it’s a winning formula.I do sometimes find it difficult when there are a large amount of disruptive kids but the coaches are excellent and rallying everyone in.I also think there should be smaller class sizes for parented classes because it can be very chaotic.

Brody loves Kidstrong and enjoys all aspects of the class and the support from the coaches. I wish booking was a little easier or a better app interface, it seems clunky and I'm not sure if I'm booking with a credit or not. We love it and will keep coming in
