Kidstrong Sherwood park has a great team of people who love interacting with kids and building them up into awesome, confident human beings. Watching my kids grow and gain new abilities and then witnessing those skills transfer outside the classroom, well that's what it's all about, right?

It's great! Coaches are wonderful!! My son loves it!

Some classes are over capacity and that is very hard the younger ones , too overstimulated. The toddlers really like the coach acknowledgement and that get lost on the bigger classesKudos to coach Chloe and Odora(?) They are fabulous!

The staff are awesome and friendly, the space is set up very nice, the activities / programming are innovative and engaging. It can be hard to find time to talk to the staff unless you get there early as there isn't much time between classes to chat.

The only thing I would change would be to limit class sizes for the 2-3 and 3-4 year old parented groups. When there’s more than 7 kids it’s absolutely chaotic, kids and parents constantly running into one another!

Everything is really good for me and my kids. The coaching staffs are professional and so kind. Thank you.

Coach Jin is beyond amazing with the kids, she holds their attention well and my son is always excited to attend the classes. The programming is awesome, and my son uses the skills he learns in class everyday. It’s improved his confidence, self esteem, and social skills tremendously.

Instructors are so kind and prepared! And are so encouraging to the kids. Kid strong programming helps get my energetic two year old doing fun physically and mentally challenging activities
