Wonderful place to be, kids love to go back. Kids gained confidence as well.

Building confidence is amazing with kids

Good for kids to have a strong personality and confidence especially when they meet other kids

Honestly, we do like and support KidStrong but find it very expensive. If the price was a little easier to swallow, it would be a no brainer for people to sign their kids up and stick with it. We rave about KidStrong to friends and people we meet with littles—it's an easy sell! But the price is a dealbreaker every time, which is too bad. Every person I tell wants to sign their kid up until the numbers come up. :(We're still attending KidStrong for two major reasons. The first is because of the incredible ways the program continues to positively impact our daughter's development and growth. She's becoming more and more self aware—using her deep breaths to calm her big 4 year old emotions. The program has helped her become very confident, brave, and proud of who she is. She's practicing her independence, but enjoys working as a team—in a group setting, she'll happily take on the leader role. As of late, we've been finding her more attentive, focused, and easier to calm or settle, which has been helpful in her Preschool and other extracurriculars. And of course she's noticeably more coordinated, and stronger physically—with this, she's been less scared of falling or getting hurt, so she wants to try some of the tougher asks.A little note to add to above. Experiencing our daughter's results has been amazing. But the cherry on top has actually been witnessing firsthand kids that struggle a little differently than our daughter, transform into stronger versions of themselves every class—they almost look like different kids. And then to hear from their parents that we are only seeing a tiny snippet of their remarkable journey at class—that KidStrong has truly changed their child's life. Those are the stories that make it worth it!The second major reason we are still with KidStrong is because our daughter loves it! It took her a little while to find her groove, though. After we left the parented class, she had to find her confidence and trust in the coaches. She loved Coach Owen and was sad when she didn't have class with him or mom/dad anymore. But she also didn't really like going to KidStrong at the time. She liked the coach and the friends she made, but when they stopped going she lost interest completely. We were actually going to try the non-parented class a couple times and if she still didn't like it, we were going to be done.I think maybe the parented class was too repetitive and too large at the time. When we were in it, the circuits were repeated often week to week, and there was a lot of waiting during the circuits, due to the number of kids. Our daughter was bored and antsy. By the time the class was halfway in, all the kids were getting rowdy and tough to control, which wasted time—not sure what it's like now.Once things got familiar in the non-parented class, we really started to notice a change. The coaching definitely helped—Autumn is so imaginative and entertaining and she speaks our girl's language (anything animals!). She'd be so curious to find out what Autumn was going to have them do every class. The more interested she was, the more she'd get involved. As she tried new things and got better, the harder she wanted to try. Each class she was having more and more fun.Our daughter absolutely loves going to class now—coaches award or not. She'll be attending as long as she continues to love it and has fun!

My child loves kidstrong and looks forward to it all week. In addition to being physical, he is learning socialization and teamwork skills. He enjoys seeing progress and being acknowledged for his hard work and participation. Thanks!

You are the best exprerience for my son

Kidstrong Sherwood park has a great team of people who love interacting with kids and building them up into awesome, confident human beings. Watching my kids grow and gain new abilities and then witnessing those skills transfer outside the classroom, well that's what it's all about, right?

It's great! Coaches are wonderful!! My son loves it!

Some classes are over capacity and that is very hard the younger ones , too overstimulated. The toddlers really like the coach acknowledgement and that get lost on the bigger classesKudos to coach Chloe and Odora(?) They are fabulous!

The staff are awesome and friendly, the space is set up very nice, the activities / programming are innovative and engaging. It can be hard to find time to talk to the staff unless you get there early as there isn't much time between classes to chat.
